Hudson Jobe is the managing partner of Jobe Law PLLC, where he oversees the firm's bankruptcy and business litigation cases. Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Jobe brings a wealth of expertise and insight to his role. His legal career began with a clerkship under the Honorable Robert L. Jones at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and as a judicial intern for the Honorable William R. Greendyke at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Since entering private practice in 2004, Mr. Jobe has distinguished himself with extensive lead counsel experience. He excels in every phase of litigation, from initial case evaluation and strategic planning to managing personnel, prosecuting cases, and negotiating settlements. Mr. Jobe is also instrumental in supporting transactional and litigation counsel, facilitating successful outcomes in matters such as loan workouts, foreclosures, REO property sales, and diverse bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues.

Mr. Jobe's practice is dedicated to bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, state and federal court receivership proceedings, and commercial litigation. His clients include bankruptcy trustees, court-appointed receivers, creditor committees, national and regional lenders, businesses, and business owners spanning various industries. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Jobe is esteemed for his strategic acumen and unwavering commitment to achieving optimal results for his clients in complex legal scenarios.
